Dazzstar Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or need a different size/style, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

【Return Guidelines】
Return Window

Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment; returns outside this window will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in brand-new condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

Refund Policy

Eligible returns will receive a full refund (No excluding shipping costs).

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes.

Shipping Costs

For returns that are not due to quality issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will provide a full refund and cover return shipping costs.

【Exchange Service】

Direct exchanges are currently not supported. We recommend:

Placing a new order for the desired style/size/color.

Returning the eligible item(s) from the original order for a refund.

【Special Notice】

“Final Sale” items are discounted for a limited time and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please confirm the size and product details before purchasing.
