1. My dog’s measurement is between two sizes. Can you customize the length?
Yes! We strongly recommend getting a collar that fits perfectly, especially if your pup is between Medium and Large. But please be sure to measure carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges
2. Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! Just contact us and we’ll do our best to create the perfect leash or collar for your pet.
3. How do I clean my pet’s collar and leash?
We always use washable materials. We recommend gentle cycles in the dishwasher or washing machine. You can also hand-wash using mild detergent or pet shampoo. Of course, hang to dry—just like you would with your own favorite clothing!
4. Will personalization take longer?
Yes! We’ll evaluate the timeframe based on your specific customization needs.
5. How can I find more information about a product?

6. Can I stack discount codes?
Only one discount may be used per order at checkout. That means discount codes, BOGO offers, free shipping, Max Rewards coupons, store credits, and/or gift card codes cannot be combined. We recommend choosing your favorite promo code when placing your order.
7. Can I add a discount code after I’ve submitted my order? (I forgot to enter it.)
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. You must enter your discount or promo code in the discount box at checkout to receive the current offer or discount before placing your order.
8. A promotion ended—can I still use my code?
All discount codes are only valid for a limited time and while supplies last. Expired codes will no longer work and cannot be used.
